On February 14 and 15, Ricardo Molina will participate in the Nutraceuticals Europe in Madrid, a fair dedicated to the functional ingredients for food supplements, special nutrition and cosmetics, and increasingly its incorporation into functional foods in a cross-sectional way in other segments.  It also has a high scientific content.  This participation gives us the opportunity to show our clients and our principals our commitment to health and sustainability, our proactivity in finding solutions for the new demands of the market and our approach to innovation applied to the final product, so that our clients can develop their sector and obtain added value in their products, and that our principals expand the knowledge of the market and can continue innovating and making their portfolio profitable.

In this edition we have the support of our principals GLANBIA NUTRITIONALS, BIOGRUND & FAZER.  In addition, the Director of R&D of Fazer, Markku Mikola, will give a lecture that will take place on Wednesday, the 14th at 15:20h on the benefits of the Beta Glucans of the oatmeal in health, with statement approved by the EFSA (European Food Safety Authority).
